    i never saw such an error so i has no ideea from where it pops out

    This is called DeadLock and it's a big pain in the ass.
    They are usually caused by synchronization issues.
    I' ll check core syncs for anything suspicious, but it would also be helpful if you found that player and seek for details of his actions before he got disconnected.

    i have follow the players activities...."we are in tests" and it seems it pops-out when someone gets disconected , first time shows when a guy made offline shop and looged out

    Could be caused by one of your custom mods.
    Think when this error occured for first time, and try to figure out what you recently (to that time) changed.
